Planning study will analyze need and feasibility for a full interchange at 20 St

Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is hosting a public open house for the Moorhead I-94 & 20 St Interchange Analysis on Tuesday, September 19 from 5-7 pm. The open house will be at M-State (1900 28 Ave S in Moorhead).

The objective of the planning study is to analyze the need and feasibility for a full interchange on I-94 at 20 St, determine the traffic and travel time changes of a full interchange, and provide planning level layouts and cost estimates for interchange alternatives at this location.
