• Food Vendor Desserts/Cold PrePaid 5 Months
  Vendors need to be set up no later than 4 pm
• Food Vendor Hot/ Prepaid 5 months
  Vendors need to be set up no later than 4 pm
• Hot Food Truck - August Only – $125.00
  Hot Food Vendors. Must submit a copy of your Food & Beverage Licence with Clay County. Email to sheri@mhdmba.org. Still time to reach out to Clay County Public Health to obtain your certificate. https://claycountymn.gov/1333/licensing-applications Fees must be paid in full before the event. Set up time before 4 pm before the cars arrive. Park vehicles in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp

  Non-Profit Vendor Need to supply your own table and chairs. Must be set up no later than 4:30 pm Once unloaded, please park your vehicle in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp.
