Still time to reach out to Clay County Public Health to obtain your certificate. https://claycountymn.gov/1333/licensing-applications Fees must be paid in full before the event. Set up time before 4 pm before the cars arrive. Park vehicles in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp.

  Nonprofits space available at a no charge. Need to bring your own table and chairs. Table needs to be set up by 4:30. Vehicles need to be parked in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp.

  Vendors will need to provide table and chairs. Payment must be paid in full before setting up.
