Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's (MN DEED) Small Business Emergency Loan Program has been active for a number of weeks now. The loan program assists small businesses that have been directly impacted by COVID-19 and whose industry is named in Executive Orders 20-04 and 20-08.

Businesses are encouraged to ask questions and apply through the West Central Initiative, our regional lender. Small businesses are a vital part of Moorhead's economy and this program will provide a source of working capital to help businesses sustain operations during this challenging time. This program is still active and West Central Initiative has funds available to assist.
