The City of Moorhead, through its Parks and Recreation Department, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide exclusive beverage, vending, and concessions services at the Department’s facilities and events for a three (3) year period.

Request for Proposal packets are also available at the Parks and Recreation office, located within the Moorhead Sports Center.

Sealed, written proposals must be submitted by 4 pm on Friday, January 10, 2020, to the Parks and Recreation office.
