Bridge Bash Volunteers

Registration

• ENTRANCE GATE VOLUNTEERS
  Welcome attendees to the event!
  Check bags for alcohol, drugs, weapons.
  Hand a Bridge Buck to each newcomer.
  Keep an attendance count.
  There will be a Fargo and a Moorhead entrance.
  Arrive at 4 pm.
• SET UP CO-COORDINATORS
  Ensure the major components of the event are in their correct locations:
  stage,
  jiffy jons,
  food trucks,
  spools,
  vendor tables,
  signage
• SIDELINE VOLUNTEERS
  Volunteers that will greet people who see the event from the bike path and would like to participate, direct them to the gate at the front of the bridge.
  Arrive at 4:15 for briefing.
• STAGE SECURITY
  Stand along the stage to ensure people do not try to go backstage or climb onto the stage during the concert. Arrive around 4:30 pm.
• VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
  Welcome volunteers who staff the event.
  Split volunteers into groups and orient them on responsibilites.
  Check with volunteers on how they're doing throughtout the event.
