Registration

• Dinner only – $25.00
  If you don't have the time to golf you are invited to join us in the clubhouse at 5:00 for the awards ceremony and dinner.
• Driving Range Sponsor – $150.00
  MBA will provide a sign recognizing the driving range sponsor. Sponsor is encouraged but not required to be on site to hassle and distract the golfers as they practice. You can also determine prizes or other games to play at the driving range.
• Hole Sponsor – $200.00
  Sponsor a hole. Includes a sign on the hole recognizing your company as the sponsor. We encouraged, but not required to be at your hole with a giveaway, drink coupon, or game.
  Includes 2 meal tickets.
• Individual Registration – $100.00
  Individual Registrants will be paired with 3 other individual registrant
  
  Registration includes 18 holes of golf with a cart. Admission to the awards ceremony and the meal.
• Mulligans – $5.00
  $5 a mulligan
• Mulligans – $20.00
  5 mulligans for $20
• Team Registration – $550.00
  Team sponsor includes 4 golfers scramble format, 2 golf carts, 4 green fees, 4 meal tickets and includes hole sponsorship. Hole sponsors are invited but not required to have someone on site at your sponsored hole with a give away item or game.
