Blast Zone Volunteer
Monitor the blast zone so no one wanders into the area that sparks might fall.
Hospitality Volunteer
Assist with mobility in the stands, encourage responsible behavior around the event space.
Parking Volunteer
Assist with Parking before fireworks and traffic control after fireworks.
Security Volunteer
Assist with security. Checking bags at the gates, monitoring the stands and seating areas, assisting with seating, keeping people away from restricted areas.

What an awesome fireworks display! But, to get out of the parking lots to head home was a nightmare!!! The MBA wants this event to be awesome from start to finish and that is why we need VOLUNTEERS.

Parking Volunteers: NEED 5 MORE!

We don't have parking needs before the event starts; the need for parking volunteers will be after the event is over and everyone is leaving at the same time.
Before the event, we will have you put up the large American Flag and some banners as well as caution tape to mark off the blast zone area.
During the event you'll assist the Security and Hospitality volunteers in monitoring the field and bleachers.
A bit before the event is over, you will disperse to the parking lots with light batons from MSUM Public Safety and help guide people out of the parking lot.
If time permits, you will be able to help out with cleanup.
