Center Avenue from 8th St to the river is scheduled for resurfacing in 2018-19. Discussions on this project have focused on the potential to change the traffic flow as plans develop to revitalize this crucial downtown corridor.
The Meeting will be open house style with a short presentation at 3:30. There will be time for public input.
Three options will be presented ranging from a simple resurfacing with no change to the current stripping and use to the potential of closing or realigning some intersections and access points.
Center Avenue could become an important part of a redevelopment puzzle and the MBA is privileged to be a part of this process.
