------------ . THIS WEEK on July 12th: Chef Kari Rose, F-M Personal Chef . Kari Oslowski has been passionate about food for more than 20 years. With an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the North Dakota State College of Science, she has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Kari focuses on locally sourced meat and produce whenever possible and wants to help you & your loved ones eat clean, delicious food! .
SERVICES OFFERED: --> Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meals prepared in your home --> Private Dinners of 10 people or less --> Small Parties (Graduation, baby shower, dinner party, etc.) .
HOW DOES IT WORK? All meals are made based on you/your families food preferences, allergies and diets. Kari and her team take care of everything -- creating the menu, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. You don’t even need to worry about having pots, pans, or utensils!
Meals are stored in containers or casserole dishes with labels including contents, heating instructions and expiration dates. .

Each week we will have lunch together as we discuss updates about our program and its members. We then welcome a different member to come up as our "featured speaker" to plug their business, and talk about upcoming events, changes, or exciting things on the horizon!
