Still time to reach out to Clay County Public Health to obtain your certificate. https://claycountymn.gov/1333/licensing-applications Fees must be paid in full before the event. Set up time would before 4 pm before the cars arrive. Please park your vehicles in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp.

  Nonprofits space available at a no charge. Need to bring your own table and chairs. Table needs to be set up by 4:30. Vehicles need to be parked in the Moorhead Center Mall parking ramp

  Vendors will need to provide table and chairs. Payment must be paid in full before setting up.
  Set up must be done by 4:30 pm.
