Bridge Bash Welcome Students - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Registration

• Volunteers at Registration/Information Table
  Registration/Information table will be set up inside the Hjemkomst Center. Welcome the students and present them with a ''Do More In Moorhead" Swag
  Bag. Inform the students on the businesses set up inside the Hjemkomst Center, Herbie Photobooth Camper, food trucks and vendors set up outside in the park.
  Registration/Information table hours 12:30 - 3pm.
• Volunteers for Moorhead Frostival Table
  Volunteers needed to inform the students on Moorhead Frostival and the calendar of events already scheduled for Frostival 2022. The table would be set up close to the Team SnoKraft (Master Sculptures for MBA Snow Sculpture Competition) providing live concrete carving demos. Volunteers needed from 12:45 to 4 pm.
• Volunteers for Set Up
  Volunteers to assist with Bridge Bash set up inside the Hjemkomst Center and in Viking Ship Park.
  Set up time begins at 11 am til 12:30pm.
• Volunteers to Welcome the Students
  Volunteers to welcome and answer questions about Bridge Bash. Volunteers would be walking around the Viking Ship Park as well as inside the Hjemkomst Center.
  Volunteers to arrive at 12:45 - 3:45pm.
