CONCORDIA COLLEGE of Moorhead, MN is initiating this Request for Proposals (RPF) to solicit proposals from individuals interested in providing Project Management and Event Coordination services for the COMMUNITY RESILIENCE PROJECT OF THE MOORHEAD COMMUNITY RESILIENCE TASK FORCE.
