Just wanted to inform you of a GFMEDC/Emerging Prairie event next week Wednesday regarding Opportunity Zones (OZ). The OZ program is a federal incentive for capital gain tax deferrals in designated OZ areas. Downtown Moorhead is a designated OZ and the only one in the City.
